Malinant Melanoma of the Anorectum

Abstract
|
|
|
The melanoma is the most virulent of all known tumors and is important not because of any
local disturbance it produces, for usually it remains small. It kills by producing widespread metastases.
The rate of occurrence of malignant melanoma of the anorectum is relatively rare, about 1% of primary sites.
Two cases of malignant melanoma of the anorectum treated surgically at S. N. U. H:, General Surgery department are presented.
They are confirmed Histologically at S.N.U.H. Pathology department.
